现任必威betway西汉姆联网站软件学院副教授，软件学院副院长，必威西汉姆联官网执行院长。

主要从事软件工程教学研究工作，研究方向为敏捷软件开发、软件研发效能、软件过程、DevOps等，在国际主流学术会议期刊发表数十篇学术论文。必威betway西汉姆联网站软件学院软件研发效能实验室研究团队、“必威betway西汉姆联网站-星环科技星云数据技术联合研究中心”，国家级教学团队“软件工程主干课程教学团队”成员。中国计算机学会软件工程专业委员会成员。

一次获得中华人民共和国教育部颁发的“国家级教学成果一等奖（排名3）”，三次获得“国家级教学成果奖二等奖”，两次获得江苏省教学成果特等奖，两次获得 “必威betway西汉姆联网站我最喜爱的老师”称号。
